This workshop offers a gentle space to explore what wants to open, move, and come through. Through original songs, storytelling, gentle psychological insight, and guided creative prompts, we will explore how creativity can help free the heart, heal old blocks, and reconnect us with the deeper love seeking expression through our lives.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParticipants may draw, paint, journal, doodle, or simply contemplate as they listen. No artistic skill is required. This is not a technical art class but a soulful creative experience for artists, makers, seekers, and anyone longing to reconnect with the creative life within. Creative materials provided or you may bring your own. This seminar will draw inspiration from Rick Rubin’s book The Creative Act and Julia Cameron’s book The Artist’s Way. He has more than 40 years of experience working with diverse client populations in inpatient, outpatient, addictions and corporate settings. He is a founding member of Kaweah Delta Health Care District’s Psychiatric Residency Program in Visalia, California. He is a member and Past President of the California Central Coast Psychological Association. Dr. Regier is a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT) and Supervisor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eMichael enjoys expressing his experiences working with love relationships in stories, meditations, poems and songs that open hearts and give direction.
