Embroidery Floss - Naturally Dyed Rainbow (silk)

This thread is perfect for:

• embroidery
• visible mending 
• sashiko stitching

Each box includes eight 10-yard skeins. Seven skeins are naturally dyed in the rainbow colors shown and one skein is undyed.

Floss is:

• 100% silk
• - Peace silk, meaning no silkworms were harmed in its making
• - naturally dyed
• - washable, permanent colors
• - 20/2 weight, similar to size 5 cotton perle thread

This silk embroidery floss was hand dyed by myself using a variety of natural dyes, many that grown or gathered by the producer. Most colors are semi-solid, meaning there is some subtle color variation.
