Learn how to use expressive art and journaling to help you regulate and process your emotions. Join Suzette Morrow on a guided journey using a sketchbook and various media to destress and reflect on your life experiences. Suzette has instructed groups and individuals for over three decades in a vast array of artistic practices. She brings the depth and breadth of her wisdom, training, and insights to support and guide students.
Participants should bring a sketchbook from home. All other materials are provided.
This guided 90 minute meet-up recurs weekly. Designed to be flexible and to meet your needs, come weekly or participate occasionally, according to your whims and availability.

Cancellation Policy
For classes that are multiple dates or a series, cancellations must be for the entire session, rather than individual dates. Refunds described below are less credit card fees. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the start of a class or session are fully refundable; cancellations that are made within 7 - 14 days prior to the start of a class or session are 50% refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of a class or session are not refundable. Note that classes with less than 3 students enrolled are subject to cancellation by Estero Bay Art + Craft and will be fully refunded, including credit card fees.
